Acyle Beydoun

Acyle Beydoun was born in 1995 in Ivory Coast and raised in Lebanon. As a teenager she moved to Sydney for a few years, where she started photography. While growing up, she had no power over the fact that she was constantly leaving the places she called home and had to recreate herself all over again. She started documenting the changes in her and around her, experimenting with editing; that was always a part of her photography. Acyle’s work is a visual diary of herself over the years, the places and the people she meets, in which she experiments with all kind of mediums, mixed medias, writings, textures, collages, moving images and music.
Acyle graduated as in Art Director from ALBA (Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts) in Beirut, 2016. She then worked in different advertising agencies and free- lance projects for 4 years between Abidjan and Beirut, mostly as a graphic designer, copy writer and creative/art director. In 2021, she persuaded her passion and studied Leica Photography Masters in Raffles Milano, Italy.
