Charbel Haber
Charbel Haber is a Lebanese musician, composer, and visual artist based in Beirut, Lebanon. Haber regularly collaborates with local and international artists from a variety of disciplines, including film, video, theater and contemporary art.
As a solo artist and member of the band Scrambled Eggs, Haber composes music for the works of many Lebanese filmmakers, artists and directors, including Khalil Joreige, Joana Hadjithomas, Ghassan Salhab, Mohamad Malas, Lamia Joreige, Akram Zaatari, Rabih Mroueh, and Lina Saneh.Â
Always in search of collaborative and varied work, Haber is part of the free improvisation band Johnny Kafta Anti-Vegertarian Orchestra, psychedelic Arab music bands Malayeen and Omarchestra, cold wave band The Bunny Tylers, as well as ambient music duo Good Luck In Death.Â
