Elias Moubarak (b. 1985) is a Lebanese photographer and videographer that looks into the past through his work. Through inspecting archival photographs, he creates historical fictions that explore the past. Moubarak is based in Berlin, and is currently working on a feature-length documentary film.
Moubarak has exhibited his works at: The Wondrous Probable Life of Mr H, Beirut, Lebanon. (2018), Rust Never Sleeps, Byblos, Lebanon (2010), Art on 56th, Beirut, Lebanon, and the Beirut Center of Photography.
