Karim Sakr is a Lebanese artist born in Dakar, Senegal. An engineer and photographer, his body of work encompasses street, architectural and food photography. 

Sakr was led to photography while recovering from a sudden blindness in 2006. His neighborhood, Hamra, turned his gaze to street photography, and he started documenting its urban fabric, inhabitants, and street life. 

Sakr has shot for local brands, including Beit El Baraka, Tom Young, Salon Beyrouth, and others.
